Payment will be in USD in case of bank transfer. If you pay by card you will be charged equal amount in Russian roubles (actual amount deducted from your card will depend on currency convertion rate of your bank). Payment method and price/currency will be stated in the invoice/booking confirmation.
You can use international bank transfer to pay our services in US Dollars. We will send you invoice with bank account details and price after we confirm and book your trip.

Alfa-Bank JSC guarantees privacy and security of online payment processing using most advanced methods of verification, encryption and data transfer via closed communication channels. All transactions are executed in accordance with the rules and requirements of international payment systems VISA and MasterCard. Card data will be entered on the secure payment page of Alfa-Bank JSC.
On the secure payment page you will have to enter: card number, cardholder name, expiration date and security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). Security code consist of 3 digits and indicated on the back of bank card.
Then you will be redirected to the secure page of Your bank to enter 3DSecure code which you will receive in SMS. If you did not receive SMS with code, please contact your bank.
Personal information (name, address, phone, e-mail, card number) provided by you is confidential and shall not be disclosed. Data of your card is transferred via encrypted channels only and not stored on any Web-server.
Possible reasons of payment rejection:
In case of cancellation of paid services customer is entitled to a compensation(refund) for unused services in accordance with part 5 of Terms and conditions.
To cancel paid service customer should send a cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org with attached copy of passport. Refund is performed on the same bank card which was used for payment. Money will be refunded in 21 banking days after receipt of cancellation request (depends on Bank that issued a bank card).
In case of transactions made with errors, please send us copy of passport with receipts showing mistaken transactions.
